Mind Refuge is a project partner of WELCOME, a project – funded by the European Union – that aims to research and develop intelligent technologies to support the reception and integration of migrants and refugees in Europe. A personalized as well as psychologically and socially competent solution is offered to both migrants and service providers, including both authorities and civil society. These solutions include, among others, immersive environments and teams of intelligent conversation agents that act as task-specific personal assistants to both migrants and service providers.
WELCOME is based on a consortium of 15 experienced partners: six research institutions, three companies in the field of information and communication technologies and six service providers, including civil society and regional government, responsible for the reception and integration of migrants and refugees.
